General rental conditions:
- The bicycle is handed over in an orderly condition and must be returned in the same condition.
- You also receive a bicycle lock. Naturally, when the weather is bad you can cancel your booking without charge.

Got a flat tyre? We offer free repairs (within Dresden). We will be there as soon as we can. All our bikes have puncture protection tyres!
