Service and Delivery

In addition to rentals we also offer you the following services:

Shuttle Service: We collect you from your hotel or accommodation.

Alternatively, we offer direct delivery of your bikes. Please order, if possible, before 8 pm the previous day.

The following basic delivery times apply:

7 am to 8 pm. Please ask us re. availability.

Deliveries outside these times are possible with advance booking and subject to availability.

You need your bicycle by 6am? No problem. We drop off your bikes at your accommodation and leave everything you need at the reception desk.

Our service bouquet:

In the city area of Dresden we endeavour to come to your aid as quickly as possible should you experience any technical problems or to deliver you a replacement bike. However in peak season this cannot always be guaranteed!

The cost of damages caused by the client (even if not at fault, for instance tyre damage) are taken on only for the sake of goodwill by RollOn Dresden. We do not cover damage caused by gross negligence.

• We always provide bicycles in a first class condition, for instance from the manufacturers Cube, Diamond and Scott, and all our accessories are of a high quality, such as helmets or panniers.
• With prior agreement, we also provide bike tools.
• All bikes, apart from mountain bikes have puncture proof tyres.
• Other repairs on request.

Delivery

Delivery is free to our partner accommodations. Other delivery by agreement only.

Bike transportation outside of Saxony is no problem and should be discussed with us on an individual basis.
